The entry forms have now been sent out for the 2015/16 Winter Surrey Cup. They have been sent by email to the fixture secretary at each club using the email address on the web site. However, if the correct recipient has not received the entry information, then please contact the league secretary.

The entry forms must be returned with payment ASAP, so that the new leagues can be set up ready for the start of the leagues on 5th October 2015.

Please note that as your entry forms are received, you will be added to the list of clubs in the Winter League 2015/16. In addition, if you log in you will see the status of your entry and whether we have received your payment. You can also download the entry forms from here:
