| Report: | Well THE END at last. The season has ended for Colets3 as it began-in perfect semetry- 3-2. But instead of a win we lost! The stats says we punched above our weight all season-9 losses, 8 of them 3-2. 7 wins, only being able to field our top 5 players only once! If we could have converted only 50% of those 3-2s Colets3 would be going up to DIV1 with Purley1!! A season getting brutally duffed up by PROS-not appealing-would have made history though. The only 3rd team in div1!! But we will finish a respectable 4th if the final results go to plan-not bad for 1 of only 3 3rd teams in the top 3 divisions(the other 2 are in div 3). Well done Surbition1 and good luck next season in DIV 1-you'll need it. Well done Colets3-you old codgers-see you guys next season. Next the summer leagues-it never stops. |
