| Report: | A good night, courts playing warm again. First on was Phil V Dan, all going well for Phil in control till groing went, retired injured. Mike the new 2nds captain played well but opponent had to much and lost 3-0. Spencer played well and once he controlled the pace he looked in good shape, however a burst ball and two calls of Set 1 from his appoinant helped hinme take the first two games, he took the third well. ian as normal looked very relaxed but was up against a good player, had lots of shots and has obviously played a good level, Ian though managed to bore him to submission taking the 5 game quite comfortably. |
