Report: | Sutton played like a Capello team, never really getting started. It didn't help that Kinhfisher's number 4 was there ex-number one, which shows how strong a team they are. Paul wiped Nick out. Sutton number 2 normally puts up a strong fight and the first 3 games looked as though they were well matched. However Mike won a few easy points and built up a momentum that Phil could not match. Sutton's Mike ran his usual 26 miles on court but Robbie proved to accurate and strong...but there has some crazy rallies....on one I lost count after 732 shots. It was very hot outside but the last game was hotter on court. Each player bullying for stroke and let calls and arguing decisions, a bit like the Lampard goal. Can we get video technology in squash? However the Sutton number one stepped up a gear in the fourth game to end the match easily and to gain some respect for Sutton. |
