| Report: | Great tight game by all. Duncan was outclassed by the Mike who had the edge with regard to touch with a great short game. Stuart took a while to warm up with a few flashes of brilliance but not enough to match the consistency of Alex. J had youth on his side against the exeperience of Nick who got J to do most of the running, but J had the edge. The match was all down to the final game. Jason had a phenomenal game with Matt, where it was very tight in the 1st. Jason found his form and kept his cool (for a change) and managed to get the ultimate result needed to clinch a tightly fought match. A great bunch of guys and we look forward to the sausage and mash at Ashtead. |
