Report: | Great to see the Cheamsters again. Thanks for flattering us with what seems on paper an easy win.
Ron and Bob's game was over so fast, the beers and Whiskey's were being poured before the ball got warm.
In the battle of the baldies, Paul triumphed over a resigned Mark D, but strangely they were unified in the showers afterwards, in their favours for certain hair shampoo products.
In the heavyweight battle between Mark F and Dave, clearly Dave's superiority in the puddings and cream cake dept was sufficient a handicap to allow an injured Mark to win. Keep out of the biscuit tin Dave!
The best match was left to last, with Keith eventually beating Matt (young enough to be his grandson!) in an exciting contest 10-8 in the 5th; Keith claiming, whilst grasping for the ventilator, that the match was "Never in Doubt".
Great fun as usual lads - we can't wait for the next encounter. |
