| Report: | Another competitive and enjoyable match between these two teams that have had many tussles over the years. Ruudi Clarke (14) made his debut for the team beating Dan 3-0. Dan showed promise in the second game but Ruddi's consistent hitting and speed around the court was impressive considering this was his first team match ever. Tim outguiled Paul after a close first game and looked very dapper in his new team shirt. Ally (16) had a great match with Phil who showed super skills with the ball. She rallied well and sped round the court like a whippet and the difference was a few mistakes by Phil and tight lengths by Ally at crucial moments which enabled her to recover from 5/2 down in the last game to win the match. Chris recovered from a slow start to help Colets to a 4-0 win. The Colets junior policy is working well! |
