| Report: | It was a close match in the end. Rob N was cruising until Chickers got rid of his wooden Triathalon legs and manage to win the 3rd and 4th. Rob now called tin tin wanted to give the 5th away after being 8-2 up but kept hitting the tin which meant Chickers clawed his way back to 6-8 before tweaking his hamstring and retiring. Me now called the choker was up in 2 games by some way but manage to lose, however, Rob W was very mobile round the court and surprisingly fast for a fat bloke !!! :-) Unfortunately I didn't see John or Steve's games but John seem to take an easy win and continues his winning form and Cruden managed to switch off in the 3rd before taking the 4th and final game. Cheam were good company and we are looking forward to the return leg. |
