| Report: | Colets managed to combine a subtle mixture of youth and experience to get the better of a plucky Purley team in an exciting and entertaining match. Although a first division match was also on at the club, most of the spectators were attracted to our match which culminated in a close encounter between Jon and Tim. Jon had been the only player to turn up on time so we rewarded this by making him play last. Despite this gamesmanship he came through to beat Tim buy achieving 6 cross court nicks in the last game. A very enjoyable evening. |
