| Report: | Last match of the season and even though Warlingham were beaten we still managed 8 points as per the last 2 previous matches. A late come back we like to call it! Ray and Mick were on first both having good games, earning us our first 2 points against Tim and Dean. Then Mike and myself went on. Mike unfortunately lost to Joe in the 5th, but I didn't see any of his match as I was playing a young and incredibly fast Andre. He we go again I thought, but after some in between games coaching managed to go to 5 and won my first match of the season. It's all up hill from here.
An enjoyable evening was had by all.
I'd like to personally thank my team for the dedication and enthusiasm displayed throughout a somewhat difficult season, but we've all learnt and will be back for the summer!! |
