Report: | Having been saved by some very late additions to our squad, another very enjoyable night with a good bunch of guys.
Michael chased everything down in his game vs David - although he looked shattered at the end
Nigel had a storming game, with the age difference worthy of Hugh Heffner and one of his latest bunnies, but lost in a closely fought game
The cobra and Adam also had a humdinger (the serve was definitely down) and came out on top in the 5th in a very close game
I tried very hard to get a word in edgeways, however Gavin was having none of it, whilst he discussed both our errors in a very loud voice. I;ve never been so quiet on court
And Jonboy, having turned up fashionably late, and refused to mark, stole the mate from James. I only caught the last game, but it was very hard fought
We look forward to the return at your gaff, and have valeted our cars to ensure we're allowed in ! |
