| Report: | Delightful evening. Bragging rights for this corner of Surrey were never in question ... the home team's form has seen to that. Some good games - that between the Gogglesmith and Gary (once of this parish) was perhaps the highlight. The whole "show" was enhanced by the presence of Dave (ditto), Mark and Eric (once of that parish) on the balcony. The Warlingham contingent won't recall the result by tomorrow ... and my thanks to them for their enthusiasm throughout a season that has been blessed by few favourable results, but lots of fun. Seemed rather appropriate to draw the curtain down on this season by welcoming Limpsfield - and I'm sorry that our welcome didn't extend to letting you drink any of the "Northern Lights", the barrel of which was disappointingly empty.
