| Report: | In the author's view, a delightful evening that encapsulates so much that is good about team squash. Good games played in a good spirit; one of our own, playing for Purley, (Arron) pitted against another, Nick; a Fuller father and son combination playing in harness for the first time. And good support on the balcony, including stalwart Warlingham players of a recent era Ron Terry (also well-known at Purley) Eric Stevenson and Paul Webb. All this to witness a battle for the bragging rights at the bottom of the lowest division in Surrey. And our guests even went to collect the (excellent) curry for us. Thank you |
