| Report: | Final game of the season and we ended up with a win - but it was a close run thing. Just one point in it. A good evenings squash with Rob ending up with a 100% record for the summer season. An out of sorts John just couldn't convert his game balls in the third, while Mark just does not hit his forehand hard enough. Will once again bored his opponent to death and videos of his games are available online as a cure for insommnia. While marking I sank a pint of beer and still thought they were in the same rally. Up and down the backhand wall, up and down they went, christ, I am going to sleep just writing this.
However the main question from tonights game is where were the Woking of old?. Lime and sodas, diet cokes, good grief have all these players been cloned by under 12's?
Anyway, well played all and good luck to Woking as they move up a divison for the winter. |
