Entry forms have now been sent out to all club fixture secretaries, but you can download a copy from here.

Obviously we all want as many teams as possible playing in the leagues, but while I appreciate that it is not always easy to know how many teams you will be entering, please, if there is any doubt over that extra team, my suggestion is don't! Unless you have plenty of team standard players who are committed to playing all the matches, you will struggle and teams dropping out of the league is not fair on the others.
