As most of you will know, since you have all read the rules(?) , a prerequisite for playing in the Surrey leagues is that your club is affiliated to England Squash.
The affiliation subscriptions for England Squash are sent out later in the year, with the new affiliation "year" starting about July. This gives plenty of time for each club to pay in time for the start of the new winter leagues, which start in October.
If you are in any doubt as to whether your club is affiliated and / or will be affiliating for this coming year, please find out as soon as possible. Discovering that your club is not affiliated come October is far too late and your teams will simply not be entered into the Surrey Cup.
(This is a separate issue from that of the league entry fee, which is dealt with separately.)
