The latest version 2 of the rules is now available.
On the last page is a summary of the changes made and while they are not major, one important feature has been added.
This is the concept of Penalties. Up till now, there has been no clear statement of what penalties will be incurred for breaches of the rules, but now for certain rules, this has been added. In addition, a statement has been made about the General Penalty for players in a match who are ineligible.
