Report: | Good match on warm courts. |

Away Report: | It was drier than a monkeys armpit, and hotter than a night in manaus. That said it was the same for both teams.
We even had to mark 3 of the games, and even that couldnt help us in two of them !
In a continuing theme, the only NM winner on the night does not even play for our team; Nico won in fine style having been 2 nil down. Whether the motivation came from his disagreement with the marker - who was outstanding - it remains unclear
Brian, playing Mark, fought gamely but ultimately unsuccessfully
I played James who was just too good for me, although he would be the first to admit that his backhand drop shots were not as good as maybe they usually are
And The owl was extremely frustrated, by Kelcey who came back from 2 love down
We look forward tot he return game |
