| Report: | This match was sandwiched between the round robin over 60s inter-counties matches, at 3-5pm.
Some of the Woking players were caught up in an accident on the M25, so were a bit late arriving. However there was still sufficient time to fit in the 4 matches albeit by using the spare court!! The results indicate that this was a closely fought match which Dorking could have ended the day at 2-2 instead of 1-3, if only their captain could have converted one of the 2 match points he had in the 3rd game of his match (was he gutted? - you decide).
Bob was caught up in the inter-counties so he will arrange his match on a later date.
We look forward to the return next year. |
