| Report: | Good result for Ebbisham, despite some close matches Dorking couldn't quite get the relevant games. Dorking still seaching for that elusive win.
Both Mark and Hugh had probably the longest match but with Hugh making his unforced errors in the middle of the match, Mark produced his at the end, and the results indicate this.
Michael had his customary slow start to this match but couldn't quite get the 4th game to force the decider.
I missed the match between John and Philip, but judging by the result Philip had the edge on John.
After a somewhat strange 1st game between Ken and Rajeeva (Rajeeva had at least 7 game points from being 8/2 up) Ken managed to sneak it. After that Ken just had a bit more movement round the court and retreived some great (I would say winning)shots from Rajeeva.
Simon sadly came across some wily play from Chris which proved too much.
An entertaining afternoon of squash. Hopefully Dorking will provide a better match for the return. |
