Please note that the 2009 AGM will take place at Purley Squash Club at 7.30pm on Wednesday 15th July 2009. The Junior AGM will take place half an hour earlier at 7.00pm on the same day.
You may wish to look at the agenda for the meeting, the minutes of last years AGM and if no notice of the AGM has been posted at your club, please download it here and get it onto a noticeboard.
1) Although the main league prizes were given out at the Awards Night a few weeks ago, the Vets and Vintage prizes, and last summer's Surrey Trophy prizes will be given out at the AGM. The results are as on the web site. If you didn't collect a trophy due to your team at the Awards Night, please be at the AGM to collect it then.
2) An important change will be introduced this winter for the Men's Surrey Cup only. Currently, although results are entered onto the web site, match cards must be sent in and without them, you are penalised. For the Men's Surrey Cup this coming winter, this system will change, and cards will no longer need to be sent - everything will be handled by the web site. This is a trial and if all goes well, it may be extended to other leagues also. Some pages have been created to explain this in more detail and you can find them here. If you have questions or would like to discuss any aspects of it, please do not email me, but come along to the AGM and raise your points there.
